Wolves in Sweden, Getting Ready for 2012
Have you noticed that animals are acting strange lately, bears killing people in Colorado; new breeds of sharks discovered off the coast of Hawaii. Strange things are happening in the Animal kingdom, they seem to want to contend with Man for Dominion.
2012 here we come.
In 1975 there was not ONE wolf in Sweden. Not one. Man was supreme; you could walk, hunt, sleep in any Swedish forest and not hear nor bother a wolf.
“After centuries of persecution, the wolf was finally driven to extinction in Sweden in the 1970s. But, for this most resilient and wild-spirited of animals its Swedish story was not over, and in 1977 wolves again began to appear in Sweden. The Scandinavian wolf population grew by around 25% in the 1990s, and in 2005 Sweden’s wolf population was put at around 150 – more wolves than there have been in Scandinavia for almost 100 years. The wolf is an animal that inspires strong feelings on both sides, a symbol of the wilderness and untamed natural forces”
So in 1975 the Swedish wolf makes a comeback, but now they are being seen in the suburbs of Stockholm. What do they know about the future of man that we don’t? 2012?
Animals can sense an impending earthquake, can they also divine the limited future of Man on earth; are these wolves measuring the drapes on their new homes?
“Once a looming menace in the country’s woods, wolves have become a rare sight in Sweden in recent centuries. Therefore, Eva Hansson of the Stockholm district of Saltsjöbaden was certain that it was a big, grey German shepherd dog she had seen through her kitchen window early Sunday morning. When she and her husband Thomas took a closer look, they could scarcely believe their own eyes. ‘At first I couldn’t believe what I saw. What a surprise!’ Hansson told daily newspaper Svenska Dagbladet. Police, however, were not in doubt. ‘If it was a wolf? There is no doubt in my mind,’ said Anders Karlsson of the police in Nacka. Police spotted the wolf on Sunday in eastern Stockholm, and two police cars followed it down a road before the predator stopped suddenly, turned around to face them, and began walking towards the cars. ‘The wolf stopped just a few metres from my colleagues in their cars and looked at them for a while, before turning off the road and walking away,’ a police spokesman said, adding that police had lost track of the animal. A wolf was also spotted on Friday and Saturday in the districts of Vaxholm and Åkersberga, north of Stockholm.”
I am not a wolf expert, but I was taught that wolves would shy away from Man; turning on a Man, facing down a Man, strutting away from a Man is very unusual behavior for a wild wolf, unless he knows 2012 is coming.
Is there a new breed of super wolf ready to reclaim Stockholm? just as the bears are ready to reclaim Colorado? Is there a wolf/bear conspiracy being formed, a new coalition to win in 2012?
